What happens after I order?

Once you place your order, I will reach out to you to get your reference photos. Once I have those I will start a sketch that I will snap a picture of to send you before I start on your painting. This makes sure we’re on the same page about the layout/design of the portrait. After that is when I paint your portrait! I will snap one more photo to send for your approval before getting your portrait in the mail and on its way to you!

What kind of reference photo should I send?

Well lit, straight on photos make the best references, but I can do a candid photo as well! Please feel free to send as many photos as you like of the pet/person for me to use alongside the main reference. If you need to combine a few photos to make the best portrait we can discuss that as well. 

What is your return policy?

I cannot offer returns or refunds on custom artwork, but I will send you photos along the way to make sure your portrait will turn out exactly how you want. If you are unhappy with or have any issue with your order please reach out to me!
